
Be Careful Who You Touch
The energy that we exchange with others through physical contact is a profound and tangible phenomenon that can significantly impact our well-being. Each individual possesses their own unique energy, and when we engage in physical contact with them, there is a transfer and intertwining of these energetic forces. This exchange has the potential to influence our emotional and spiritual state, either positively or negatively. Therefore, it’s crucial to be mindful of the individuals with whom we choose to have physical contact.

One practice that has been particularly meaningful for me is to place my right hand over my heart and convey love and kindness through the greeting “Namaste” or “Hello.”
This simple gesture allows me to connect with others in a positive and respectful way while also safeguarding my own energy.
By consciously choosing the physical interactions we partake in and integrating gestures of goodwill, such as placing a hand over the heart and offering a respectful greeting, we can actively foster an atmosphere of positivity and compassion within ourselves and in our interactions with others. This approach not only nurtures personal well-being but also contributes to the establishment of a more favorable and empathetic social environment.
