THEY TOLD YOU IT’S ALL YOUR FAULT (and what to do)

These deceivers embed the belief that one is inherently flawed and irreparably damaged. Through their skillful manipulation, they consistently instill a sense of inadequacy, making the individual feel as though they perpetually fall short of expectations. This insidious influence leads to a contortion of the self in an unyielding pursuit of approval, yet it is never sufficient to satisfy the demands of these deceivers. They weave a compelling narrative that convinces the individual that every twist of fate and every ounce of suffering endured is entirely their responsibility. Thus, the burden of guilt is carried, with the firm belief that they are the architect of their own misfortune.
Oh, cherished soul, my heart aches for the pain you endured from internalizing those poisonous words.
